I’m staying in dodge city. I hunted today between here and great bend. I’m also from Ohio, and it’s a long drive.

Where did your dogs come from? I've got a 4 year old male from Chad and Deb Beirl. He's a really good dog and has turned into a bird hunting machine. Staunch on point, works hard and is smart enough to figure out the wily rooster who won't cooperate. On wounded pheasants that burrow into the grass, he won't quit.

What part of state where u hunting,Ive hunted huron last 4 years but bird numbers r really down.

IF you look over the Atlas there are some pretty good areas straight east and west of Parkston. There are also some areas just north of Parkston around the Dimock area.

Parkston is a pretty good area. Six guys some of the public will work but it could be tight in other areas.
