I've got a month off from October 8th thru Nov 10th. A week or so starting out on the Lower Brule reservation then off to Circle Montana to bird hunt on a friends very large ranch for a week or so and then back to Lower Brule reservation for the rest of the time.

Check out the she'll pouch from Cheif Upland. I have the Marsupial gear strap vest and like you didn't like the zipper pouch. I ordered the shell pouch from cheif upland and it is the molle system and fits perfectly. It has the magnetic flap that's easy to open and closes it's self.

I picked up the exact same feather lightning 20ga 28" about 1 mth ago. Ive shot some 3" boss #5 shot thru it using a mod and imp mod to pattern it using trulock precision hunter chokes and seems to be just what I'm looking for pattern wise.

Lowa Caminos have been good to me, i just turned 62. Very little break in time,great ankle support and made very well. I also have a pair of Crispi Valdrez that are comfortable after several days breaking them in.

I have the exact same 725 20ga feather and either use fiocchi golden pheasant 2 3/4 5 shot or the kent upland bismuth in 5 shot if hunting where non tox is required.

The green Gatorade bottles also work great.

My brother in law had 2 gsp's attack a porcupine last fall in SD on a reservation. After an hr of pulling quills decided that it was time for a trip to the vet. Over 300 quills were removed from each dogs face and mouth area. Not a pretty sight.

Sweet! I've got the 20ga version with 28" barrels.

I've got the kennetrek xkg, very tough. Showing no wear after 3 seasons. A bit warm in the early season but probably not anymore than the other brands.

Don't think they have a 725 with a round know. You gotta get what fits you best, I've also got a 525 20ga field and I really don't notice much difference between it and the 725 that I have.

Be sure to check out the browning 725's in the feather or field in 20ga. I have both with 28" barrels. If I remember right they are close to the same price as the 828.

Buy it! I have the same 725 and also the 725 feather plus the 725 sporting all in 20 gauge. All great guns.
