I had a great day today on WIA properties around southern Yuma County. I shot a limit and the dogs were on their game. The girls put together a picture perfect point with Pearl locking up tight in some thick Switchgrass and Sadie backing her. It was a picture that was magazine cover perfect. The rooster sat tight until I nearly stepped on him. The old Wingmaster 870 finished him clean.
I have never experienced birds sitting as tight as they did today. That was helpful as it was just me and my two GSP's. Great day.
