I get my Setter back from his trainer tonight. He got to enjoy the Kansas opener while I hung around the house. I'm planning on hunting some WIA's in Yuma County on Saturday and the staying the night in Yuma Saturday night, and then hunting some private land around Yuma on Sunday.
My question is for anyone that hunted Yuma County WIA's on opening weekend. How was it? Any suggestions? Last one, I haven't spent much time in Yuma County, are there quail there too? Any suggestions for them?
It's just me and my Setter. (and my 13 yr. old daughter twice a year when she visits). So I won't be eating up anybodies spots if someone feels prompted to help me out with any suggestions. :thumbsup: Besides, I'm in my own opinion a terrible shot. I'm working on that!!
