BRITTMAN Well-known member Apr 5, 2015 #4 My kids have all worn the same pair of rain pants on damp days. Tough and serve the purpose. Three kids over 12+ years. Chaps on a small kid ... do they make belts for that age/size ? or do they even make pants with belt loops for kids that are 5 or 6 ? I would go with the bibs. Last edited: Apr 5, 2015

I would go with the bibs. Click to expand... Yes & yes... I liked the bibs but I think the chaps will be easier to hemm/unhemm because they don't have the zippers.
