Your Dog

my dogs had a great time. I took two of my 3 labs and they each got 5 retrieves apiece. Not as many birds as what there had been a few days earlier. Back out later in the week after all this ran passes.
 
I went out with my brother for a little while this morning. The doves were not flying well at all in the spot we were in, but we didn't get skunked either. The first bird my brother shot landed out in some very weedy corn. Rocky was pretty amped up and made the retrieve in about 2 seconds (only a slight exaggeration). My brothers response was "Rocky can come dove hunting with me any time he wants!" That was about the highlight of the hunt though. I was very happy with his performance overall.
