Woodcock!?

When my wife left for work on Thursday morning she said she saw a woodcock sitting on the road. I have one mounted on the wall, so she knows what they look like and Connor thought it was one as well. Seemed kind of early for it and I hope he survives some how.

It seems early, but I have seen them in early March. I used to jot down things like that, but I haven't been able to find it.
This weather has gotta break soon, I haven't been able to run Dugan for any lenght of time, so next time out he will really be out of shape.
