Wondering if something like this can still be made?

I was at a turkey shoot a few weeks back in Wisconsin and I saw this art piece at the gun club. I looked on back of it and the company is "permanently closed" according to the internet. Does anyone know where something like this could still be made? I love a good framed picture of a hunting dog, but this lacquered piece of wood+print really caught my eye.

It's called decoupage. Not hard to do. My folks did some furniture when I was a kid. Several coats of the varnish give the look you want and if you do enough you can't feel the edge of the applique. There are how to videos on Youtube.
