WIHA on Garmin TOPO USA

I downloaded the gps info into my Garmin Nuvi and it works great. I normally use Garmin TOPO USA on a laptop as my basic map. I am in Northcentral Kansas and have no regular broadband access so Google Earth is only marginally helpful. It seems like it should be possible to add the WIHA as an overlay to TOPO but I do not know how. Anyone here able to help?

there is a thread on the WIHA maps,
I put the maps on my handheld (Map 60CX) and my Nuvi.
Worked great this year - except for state land. It's not on the KDWP WIHA map.
