What to do this fall/winter

With water in short supply I am sure this duck season will be about like last year. Upland populations will be down I am just sure. Doves will provide some gunning early. Then after that I am turning to fishing. My Lab will spend her time in the boat with me catching crappie and smallmouth I guess.

You obviously having a down day! The duck population is higher than last year, little water will make the marshes flush with food. Cheer up, I have those feelings sometimes too.
 
I hear you guys. But we do need the water very badly. No water = no ducks. All that food in the marshes does no good without water on it.

Guess I was being a Debbie downer maybe. But, dang we need some moisture! And lots of it!
