What happy birds I have

Last year was a bummer No water or grass in my crp. But this year WOW 6 inches of rain and the animals showed:thumbsup: Geese, ducks, cranes, and so many song birds. Never realized how much they liked wetlands. Tons of flowers and the grass is a foot tall already. Bugs all over. Huge water bugs like the size of your hand No pheasant yet But a pair of COOT:10sign: Crp was one of my better ideas very rewarding.

Is that your new wetland CRP Coot? Amazing the transformation that can take place isn't it. You build it and they will come for sure.

Yes it is. It's really holding the ducks. I've noticed no baby geese this year only seen one group of babies. Is it possible for them to freeze? we had a cold spell half way through nesting 13 degrees for 3 days at night. just seems odd.
