what happened w/trainer lawsuit?

I was wondering about the trainer who had the German wirehair die in his custody last year? I know there was a post about it here. I just searched and although court appearances are supposed to have already started, I couldn't find any updates.
 
Same here Bob. There is absolutely nothing.

Can the courts suppress or close the case to the public (records) ? Or is there a delay in publishing by the county where the case is being heard ?
 
Yeah, it might be a deal where the accused had a first court appearance, and the case is still ongoing. If anyone sees any news or resolution of the case please post updates here.
 
I cannot find anything either. You can continue to search MCRO (MN court records online) for his name. It is all public record and will show up there once court proceedings start rolling. There does seem to be a delay in when they get entered into the public system.
