Hunted Saturday and Sunday. Hunted public on Saturday and pretty much every spot we went to had already been hunted by the tracks in the snow. Saw 4 groups out that day. I guess everyone wanted to hunt in the snow (I know we did). No birds seen or shot, I think we were the 2nd or 3rd group to almost every field we walked.
Hunted private on Sunday with a co-worker. He owns roughly 550 acres. Hunted 9:30-12:30 and found 4 coveys. Shot 7 birds. Two coveys gave us almost 0 shots as the cover they were in was just tough.
