Webster Wildlife Area, Dogs Hunting in Trapping areas?

I haven't been on here in quite a while but, Greetings to all! This season has not been stellar for me . I have only been out twice (4 1/2 days total) and harvested 5 birds, 4 of them all in one day. Oh well, however I still had fun with the dogs.
Has anyone ever hunted the Webster wildlife area? I am thinking about heading out there on Thursday for a couple of days, (more of a scouting trip). My concern is that trapping is allowed and I am scared to allow my dogs to hunt in the area. Hs anyone ever encountered any problems with this? Thanks in advance!

I've hunted a bit around Webster, but saw no traps. BTW, Glen Elder has far more habitat and huntable areas than Webster, so if you're coming from the east, you might want to check it out. Late season the birds are in the inlet bottoms - very tough cover but that's where they'll be. If you stick with Webster, Rooks and Graham cos. have lots of walk in ground too. Good luck.
