With tomorrow being Veterans Day the wife has given me a free pass to finally get out and attempt to hunt the elusive Colorado Rooster. I have a four year old Brittany that has been hunting with me the last three years, and recently added a two year old English Setter who is fully of energy and bird crazed. I normally hunt around Stratton and north from there. Hopefully its better than last year as I only saw seven roosters. Time will tell, but it beats working.
