Valley Heights???

Has anyone hunted around Valley Heights, north of perry lake? If so, and good places? I've never been there. Any info would be great help! Thanks!
 
Valley falls is fun if you just want to get away, not lot of birds there but if you hunt hard you will find. A little action
 
Like Oggie said there arent a lot of birds around the area but you can find some! I live outside of Perry and I have heard from a few farmers up that way that they have seen more birds than the past years especially quail
 
I'm heading to Lake Perry this afternoon with my 6 yr old. I promised him I would take him out, since he has been left behind every weekend since the ND opener in early Oct. Would like to show him a bird, but do not have the time to get West. Was considering WIHA up near Axtel, but Perry is a lot closer. I will let you know if I see any birds.
 
I have heard that the walkin hunting around Denison produced birds and it isnt that much further. I think its number 20 on the Jefferson County map
