Well...yes and no, this "Central Susquehana" WPRA did receive pheasants from South Dakota and Montana. But the last time it got birds was in 2008. So all the birds now are born and bred Pa. birds. You are probably thinking of the more recent releases in the other WPRA's. "Wild Pheasant Recovery Area"
