UGUIDE Week 5 Report - Birds Not Down

I just heard this from 2 groups over week 4 and 5 that they "did not think the birds were down any from last year" and another group stated "I don't think there was a poor hatch at all from what we are seeing".

Here is a picture I got from one of the groups this morning.

beginning to think this was a habitat issue more than weather related during the hatch this year?

If everyone put in the time and effort that Chris does on his camp, there wouldn't be any shortage of birds in SD. His Pheasant Camp is a model for what needs to be done-----habitat habitat is all I can sayt:thumbsup:
