So yesterday I tried to order some product. My card was declined. I checked and there was no reason to be declined. I tried a second card and it appeared to go thru but there was no confirmation and I was returned back to the declined card.

Well 10 minutes goes by and the fraud unit from my bank called with some automated questions. I responded to the prompts and got transferred to a specialist. 30 minutes on hold and I hung up.

Just called Ugly Dog to check this out and make them aware of the experience. Mike was very respectful and processed the order again and we tried the second card. It was also declined. So Mike said I will fill this order and invoice you drop a check in the mail.

How is that for service! I am headed to my bank now I bet that doesn't go as well.
 
Someone breached your credit card, more common over the holidays. CC company playing it safe on your behalf. Dumping mud happens.
