Uggie? Churchill Royal

Came across an English stocked SxS this week. A Churchill Royal 3" chambers. It's in rough shape bluing worn off, light rust spots, no butt plate. I think it can be had cheap though. Was wondering if any of you know anything about them. My research has said they are rebranded Ugartecha 30's. any info would be helpful.

I think they are actually Zabalas. Not a bad gun, but I think the Uggie is better. The barrel to action configurations are exactly the same, which is not unusual with Spanish guns. The fit and finish will be another matter.
