Family Time!

Will spend my day giving thanks to the Vets, Armed Forces and family for another year of health and prosperity.:)

Birds will have to wait for another day. We are at 63 degrees here in Iowa at 10 o'clock. Another mild winter will potentially get our bird numbers back to a more respectable level. We have been decimated the last 5 years concerning pheasants and habitat. Only place to go was up!:)

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! We truly do have much to be thankful for. I appreciate my freedom everyday and those who fight to preserve it.
 
No birds today plenty on chances dog gave me the look at the end of the day like are you serious :eek: 30+mph wind snow made for some hard shots ! Did something I have never done or seen shot at a bird that flushed wild caught the wind thought i had a bead on it and managed to cleanly take its tail off and watched ot fly away to no mans land:eek: made it home in time to catch family before they left and had a plate ready :cheers:
