As we cant chase pheasant thought I would share a proud dad moment........

My son Platt got his copy of "Turkey Country" which is published by the National Wildlife Turkey Federation..... This month's edition has a write up of Platt's first turkey hunt with me!

He is a happy little boy......... Couple years it will be him behind the trigger!

One happy kid! I'm getting turkey fever too. Looking forward to setting the decoys and taking a hide early on April 15th. Maybe I'll get lucky as in some years when I bag one in Unit 1 in the a.m. and bag another in Unit 2 in the p.m.
