Went out this afternoon in North West Cloud County.
Just me and Moose. He worked good and got REALLY birdie in two spots. I was sure a rooster was going to bust any minute, but nothing happened.
Then we walked over a small ridge and there it was sitting on the water. I didn't know pheasant would swim like that but you learn something new everyday.
I busted the bird over the water the Moose gave me an awesome retrieve.
Also jumped a deer and two coyotes.
