How about that Viking defense today? Sacked Can Newton 8 times, once for a safety, and picked him off 3 times. That "D" line sure is reminiscent of the Eller, Page, Larsen and Marshall line of the '70's. Oh, and the linebackers and d-backs weren't too shabby either. Skoal Vikings! :cheers:

Schedule looking pretty weak coming up compared to our last 2 games can't wait till our offense play a few more games together the slow starts should pick up??? I hope???

Wish I could hear the last 2 half time chew outs zimmer gave the team 1st half offense & 2nd half offense night & day difference last 2 games...

Our defense is legit knocking around a few of the NFLs top QBs was great to see offense get the glory defense wins the game...

Watching the current vikes does remind me of the days of my youth when their D was great even with wrong way marshall, good to see them doing so well and I hope it continues. I'm planning to stopping by the new stadium on my hunting trip to SD this fall.
