Well I have been gone for quite a while. The last year has been very tough. Just finished going through a divorce and I lost both of my weimaraners in the process. Coloardo law is not exactly fair if you ask me.

Anyway I am in the rebuilding process and the first step was new puppy. Meet Ryder. He has some pretty good genes so lets hope I don't screw him up. Looks like I might need to change my screen name.

Sorry to hear about your situation, but it looks like you have a bright pup there.

And don't worry about your screen name. I never ended up naming a dog Toad like I had planned. And I think KansasBrittany is the one who has everything but a Brittany now.

Maybe we should all change our screen names.

Glad you are on the rebound from the big "D". I was in your shoes exactly 22 years ago. Had to give away a great 5 year old yellow Lab as I had no place to keep him with having to sell the house and living in an apt. The good news is it will get better. I've had a super wife for 20 years and also some excellent hunting dogs. Good luck!
