can anyone tell me about the lighthouse lodge in grainfield, kansas, prices, restaurant, are they clean, dog friendly. Any info would be appreciated.

she is rather expensive i believe 50 dollars a night no dogs allowed inside but lucky for you i live 1 block away so you could kennel them at my place and as for food there is the Main Street Dugout good food great pizza and good conversationsopen everyday but sunday there is a motel a little further down the road in Quinter that allows dogs i think and they also have a restarount attached to it

$50.00 a nite is kinda stiff for sure, hell I still gota buy a vehicle, replace the dog boxes and pay the wifes CC off. I was hoping for about $5.00 a nite ( : yeh I know I am still living in1934, can dream cant I. I will try to pull up the motel you were talking about in Quinter. If I hear banjo music and they start playing duelling banjos I am getting the heck out of there.
 
the motel in quinter is called the Q - inn and i think it has resonable rates as well as alowing dogs in the rooms if you have anymore questions about things out here let me know and I will try to help
 
you know ole gove county brit is a pretty nice guy, as much heck as I have given him he still is willing to help me, kind of makes me feel bad, well at least for a minute, you know GCB when I come to that meeting there in Kansas in January I will only bring a small snake. Fair enough,girl.

I menat to say above was I still want to hear you scream like a girl, I werent calling you a girl, I might be crazy but aint stupid,
anyway I called the Q motel and talked to Debbie the manager, nice lady, $47.75 a nite and that includes all taxes and they are definately dog friendly, they charge $10.00 if you bring your dog in to the room and that is not a nite, but $10.00 for the durarion of your hunt, so Gove County Britt, as much as I hate to say it Thanks, my hat off to ya, I guess now I will have to leave the snakes at home now. Oh well. :cheers:

it's really nice when lodging for the dogs is a go......,most guys have well behaved dogs they want to keep warm at night.
