Two reports from dog training buddies.
NE - Kimball, lots of hens and little cover. Moved further east along the Platte and 2 roosters in the bag.
KS - "youth weekend opener and son didn't get skunked! A nice quail to remember the dozen or so roosters he "allowed" to fly off...LOL. Happy to say that we saw quite a few birds, but they're still there for the general opener next weekend."
