I might need to go get a head CT because I find myself completely agreeing with you on this.

I'm not sure i completely understand the question, but, I tell people now, in 2002 I could barely spell "CRP".

I would say my position has evolved more than changed.

If there is ever anyone I point the finger at now I was probably "that guy" back then.

My unique experience involves a lot of years of hunting public and staying in motels, acquiring and trying to establish habitat on private land as well as make the farm provide a way of life, interfacing with a lot of pheasant hunters and landowner/farmers in SD, and last but not least, making a whole heck of a lot of mistakes along the way.....but learning from them.
