Heads-up. While I have experienced seamless transactions with this company in the past, I ordered a knife in April (fortunately, it wasn't terribly expensive.). After a month I sent an inquiry, received an auto-response with an assigned inquiry number, a phone number that is out-of-service, and an unfulfilled promise of a response within 24-hours. The Kentucky Better Business Bureau attempted to intercede on my behalf; they were no more successful than I was. So . . . if you get the urge to order from them, don't.
