Well my 7 year old lab/springer mix had injured hist front right paw. It appears that the superficial flexor on his two middle toes has teared, his two toes lay flat when he stands and sits but returns to normal when the paw is relaxed.
He has been to two vets and an orthopedic specialist, all of which say to just rest it, since he is not showing any signs of lameness. (I do trust this doctor he has performed surgery on my dogs in the past) I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this, I am thinking about seeing another specialist, but this run around is getting pricey.
