They are not presenting a straightforward survey. They want emailed comments. I suspect most people will not read the long plan and develop their comments.

I read it, sent a comment.

My only suggestion would be to have an annual NR license option for those over 65 years of age that hunt multiple weeks, maybe 1.5 times a 5-day license cost. Not very likely to be implemented.

The rest of the report was way above my pay grade.
