Taking the dogs out tomorrow

Planning on taking the dogs out to one of my good spots tomorrow. They haven't had much work this year due to the extreme heat and me being busier. Will post up what we see when I get back home!

Plan on taking some of mine out too. Probably take a few quail in a bag with me.

Went out for 2.5 hrs and found a covey of about 12-14 fully grown birds. I could see them jumping around in the shrubby cover before they flushed and they flew a lot further than what I thought into some sparse native grass. I bumped one bird and had my dogs work that area out and 8 or 9 birds got up together.

went sat, found a nice covey and a smaller one, maybe things are better
