I like sweet tea. Transitioned from pop to sweet tea. Anyone else a fan of sweet tea? Any good brands from the south?

I've given up on pop at home and have been drinking unsweetened lipton tea. The secret to awesome unsweetened (artificial) is to buy a box of the Great Value sugar free drink mix at walmart which comes in Peach, Blackberry, Pomegranite, etc. and mix up a gallon of water with 1 pint worth of drink mix and then add the full amount of instant tea. Mix well and refrigerate. This is pretty awesome substitute for pop.

Might try John Boy & Billy Sweet Tea....I listen to their radio show but I hate sweet tea.

Try the mix I suggested. I'm a recovering diet coke addict and it works great.

I've been drinking more & more water & I feel better, plus my weight has been holding in the 230's . . . i know what fish do in water, but I'll take my chances. I walk & hike year-'round now, too.

I stopped soda and went to coffee in Jan. I add nothing to it. Down to 194 about ten pounds lost. Do feel alot better. also started Whey protien shake 3 times a day kills the hunger cravings for me.
