Steel Shot 6s

I only hunt wild birds. I am still high on 6s, however, finding them is a challenge. I only hunted late season this year and used some 4s steel that I found in the cabinet, they seem to work fine. If I can find a case of 6s, I will go back to using them.

What was the loading ? like 12ga? 3" / 1/18oz ? / speed? what was the longest shot? Have you tried #3 shot? Thanks
 
2 3/4" 1 1/8 oz between 1350-1425 fps. I tried 2 and 3s and was very disappointed (3s on ducks seem to work very well).
