Thoughts and prayers going out to all the LEO involved.. Brutal conditions outside and it's been going on for 15 hours or so. I've been listening to the scanner out of Davison county most of the night. How long can this go on..
 
Big city s--- in small town South Dakota

Yep a bad thing and it has been just bitter cold and windy here (we are 25 miles due south of Kimball), and my wife is related to the city cop up there--so I have a personal interest in what happens.
 
sounds like it's over-- radio traffic says hands up and coming out --no one else hurt it seems
 
That's good news. I made a donation at Do Wah Ditty this morning to help with some meals and coffee. She said they were busy.
 
I just read an article about this incident. This is not something I would expect to hear coming out of Kimball.

How's the wounded trooper doing?
