Springer spaniel breeders in Oregon or Washington

I have a good friend that is looking for a good breeder that is in Oregon or washington. He is looking for a dog that is first a good family and a good hunting partner. He is after a male.

Price range 500 or less
 
There's a few kennels way up north in California breeding some nice springers and English cockers, is that to far away?
 
Here's a list with a few from Oregon & Washington. I can't recomend any of them but maybe FCspringers can?
