spring weather in ND

been hearing of heavy runoff and flooding in ND this spring and severe drought in western Kansas, so the conditions are making me nervous in regards to the upcoming season, although it is a long way off and things can change. anyone else have anything to report?

I don't have anything planted or even bought!
Garden is way 2 wet . So is my basement....You can send me some tomatoes and I will send home made maple syrup!
