I have a sportdog collar I use a little for yard work, and the batteries went dead so I called them, they told me they would send me new batteries for the receiver, cost=$30.00 each plus shipping but not to open the receiver case until I received the new battery. So I'm sitting and wondering why do they not want me to open it, so I open it, there I saw 4 little batteries connected together with a lead that snaps into a little connection. So I say to myself, Jim, I would bet Batteries Plus could hook you up with one so I go there and they tell me they do not have one in stock but they can make me one. I asked how long it would take and he told me just a few minutes so I just waited. I would say it took maybe 7-8 minutes to fix them. Cost= $ 15.57, and of course no shipping.
So I won't be ordering batteries from them ever.
