snow cover?

Im hoping to make it back to Kansas next week to hunt.....whats the extent of the snow cover right now in central Kansas....chime in where ever your from if you could....don't wanna have to wear waders

I'm not sure when you're heading this way, but after this weekend, I expect pretty much all of it to be gone (sunny and 40's both days). At this time, Wabaunsee county is blanketed with an inch or so; there is more, of course, where it drifted.

There is more snow W and NW of us. 2 days of warm temps may or may not be enough to melt it. I haven't been that way in a week or better, but I'd bet none of it melted since the last time I was there

I think mud might be a bigger concern.

thanks....yes duckdog...THAT is true as well....last time I was out there was little snow cover...then couple days later it was almost 70 degrees...roads were a complete mess...as were the fields....

I went to Wichita on Monday, most of the country had a dusting of snow. We are getting a little sleet in KC right now.
