Snow across eastern half of SD

Could make for some interesting last few weeks of the season.

Looks like most of eastern parts of state and especially the pheasant belt got a decent amount of snow. Winds were to be 32mph today so I am sure some of it will blow. I know there were some blizzard warnings for the NE part of state.

Getting a nice fluffy snow here in MN. This would be perfect for bird hunting in.

Looks like we will have a white Christmas.
 
Sounds like fun. I wouldnt know where to buy snow around here. Always seem to be on the wrong side of the snow/rain line.
 
Starting to let up here in south metro MN and I would say we got about 10"

Will be interesting to see if and how that changes the drought monitor. Quite welcome moisture.

News said they would close down barge traffic for 2 week minimum on Missipp. unless we got some precip and I don't know if this is enough considering the highs won't get above freezing anytime soon.
