Grace was born on March 28, 2008. She is tall, long, slender, lean, and muscular. Her coat is short, shiny, and silky. She has a large head and a wide nose. Grace weighs 51 pounds, is approximately 22 inches tall and 24 inches long.

Growing up on a hunting preserve where she has been able to hunt and train on game birds year-round, Grace has had an exceptional amount of exposure to pheasants, quail, and chukar. She has hunted two full seasons and has been on hundreds of birds.

In the field, she is a tireless hunter, an exceptional tracker, and a natural
retriever. She earned a Prize I (112 pts) in the NAVHDA Natural Ability Test, which is a perfect score. She hunts cooperatively and well within shooting distance, as she's learned it is a team effort.

Grace is well-mannered, housebroken, and has been well-started with her obedience training. In the home, "Gracie" is calm, friendly, sweet, and gentle. She has passed the AKC Canine Good Citizen test.

Sadly, although Grace's hunting skills are outstanding, her physical conformation does not meet our Kennel's high breeding standards, so she has been spayed.

Grace is for sale. She needs a hunting home where she will be part of the family. If you are looking for both an excellent household companion and hunting partner, Grace could be the dog for you!

Is Grace still available for sale? If so, what is her cost and could you be a little more specific as to why she was spayed and not used for breeding purposes? We currently own a male, not that we were looking to breed, we are looking for another SM to hunt with and enjoy as a family member, I just want to make sure that there aren't health issues. Are her hips ok? Where are you located? Thanks.
