Got a chance to get out in some real nice 48 Degree fall morning here in NE Kansas got some pretty good bird work on some hard flying Johnny house birds had several points but only one I could capture on camera .

Who else has had a chance to get out ?

Nice looking britt. I like orange and white britts.

What range does he/she hunt?

Walked the dogs this morning. Exercise.

Seems like if you want a good dog now, you must provide your own birds.

I have had her 4 months and we haven't had the oppurtunity to be on wild birds yet . She come out of a line of dogs that seem to adjust to cover conditions . We ran some big pasture ground and she was out there a ways , today we ran some plum thickets and brushy areas for liberated quail and she shortened up quite a bit and worked singles nicely .

I will be getting mine out more that the temps are dropping.
But after a week hunting in Montana last week, mine are still healing up a little.

Been afield at the off-leash both days the last three weekends. Dog is running well - at age nine - and obeying commands and signals. We'll see the real deal next weekend in northern Nevada on chukar.
