Well kinda, Off through NW ND and into NE MT and to central MT. Then SE MT back into ND in the SW. Probably wont be time to check out SD, but then we have those on UPH to take care of that.:)
Fun trip for me, I get to visit, spend time with some guys that have a lot of wildlife habitat, LOTS of acres and really care about birds and stuff. :thumbsup:
Taking the pups along, nope, not going to let them run in the nesting/brood stuff. There are plenty of places though for me and the pups to romp.

Was a good trip, nice weather.
It's been a good Spring for the birds. Western ND and Eastern MT have had the right mix of moisture and mild weather.
Where the habitat is in place there's birds. :thumbsup:

You mentioned some habitat loss of grasslands out that way. Sorry to hear about that:(

Yeah it's like everywhere, CRP contracts are not renewed and the land is in crops. Mostly Spring Wheat, but theres other crops like field peas, radishes, soybeans, corn, canola etc.
