Rocky Bay pheasant preserve

Anyone ever been here? A little south of pine city..was the only preserve within an hour range of my house that had open fields for turkey day. I want to get my brother in law and uncle out on an easy "hunt" and be back in time before my wife kills me for not being there to help her for thanksgiving dinner

Just curious to see if anyone has been there and has anything to say about it.

I've been there twice. Very nice people that own it. I'm not to sure about the cover because the year I went there was a lot of snow. If it's frozen try and get the slough spot in the far back.
