On the way to job-site yesterday.
See something flying low across a field and then unmistakedly it pops up and flutters down into some cattails.
The very cattails on the way to my work location.
20 yard walk, nice flush with great cackle, shot #1 and the bird is going down.....
Fortunately, the young rooster is now digesting in my lower intestine.
Real nice tail...32 bars.
Tried to load a photo...but too big.
