Rem..12 ga help

I was in Flandreau the other day. Just got back..it was a succesful trip. Got 13 birds with 6 guys in a span of a few hours. However, after my first shot the shell would not load correctly and I would manually have to load a shell after each shot. Any suggestions...oil, oring? not sure

If you are shooting an 1100 it is the oring.

I agree with Chip. If its a 1100 or 11-87 look at the o ring.

I shoot mostly 2 3/4. Its an 1170 but i still think its the oring.
