Reeves Pheasant?

Has there ever been a wild population of Reeves Pheasant established in the U.S.? I think some reproduce on their own in the UK.

The only place I know of in the U.S. with a wild ornamental pheasant population is in Hawaii, though I'm not sure if they have wild Reeves pheasants.

After doing a little research, it seems Missouri tried to establish a wild population in the late 50's to the mid 60's,at one point they even used a few wild birds from France. The number of wild birds however was very small.
