Pup and Kansas bust

So Bones and i head off to Kansas this weekend so i could go check out some weimi pups that a man had by Wichita. So we got up early Saturday morning and headed out on a 7.5 hr drive to check out a pup. Well we finally got there around 1330 there time and got straight to business checking out the pups. He had three females to choose from when i got there. One pup was a chuncker and the other two for most part were normal. Well 6.5 week and they were all cute, it was between the chuncker and one of the other females. After checking them out for a little bit the man told me that he has had the wing out playing with them so i said bring it out. Once the wing was out Dad was showing off throwing a great point. then it was time for the pups, they all chased it when he pulled it in front of them but once he put it out about 4 ft or so this little pups nose was going crazy and she started creeping towards the wing and then bam she throws a point from about 3ft away and i was like Sold that my pup. Well Kansas bust because once done with the pup we headed back to Colby for the night and hunted hard on Sunday until a little after noon and we saw ZERO birds. Good news ill be picking up my new pup next weekend. Also for any of you looking for a pup He still has two females not claimed, if you interested shot me a message and ill get you his number. Congrats on the pup....maybe there will be some wild roosters for em in a couple of years if it ever rains.

This dry weather is out of hand.

I would go to bird farm and hunt where at least you know you will get something!!
