Prepping birds for the freezer.

Anyone have some tips for freezing some skinned and cleaned birds. Don't have the vacumn packer handy. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

I'm not bragging but this yr. I ended up de-boning my birds for room in the freezer. Also make sure you get as much air as possible out of the bag.
It also makes it nice for a quick meal.
Life is good, with a few birds in the freezer.

Prior to getting a Food Saver I would put the de-boned pheasant in a plastic freezer bag, add enough water to cover the meat, seal bag and freeze. The birds keep great in frozen water. Even better than using a Food Saver vacuum packer.
