Pheasant stocking cut?

Not good news at all. Currently the state is lacking in stocking locations. I would pay a extra buck for my hunting license renewal to help support ,

It amazes me how so called competent people could even consider such a move. It has to be apparent to even the casual observer how successful the Pheasant Program has been. It is one of the only programs by the PGC where except for a handful of selfish grouse purist has been highly praised by our sportsman.
I hope such discussions that are meant to engage and ask for support, doesn't backfire on the PGC, resulting in lower license sales. They've worked much to hard to offer some of the best smallgame hunting in the East.

You reap what you sow. I don't have all the facts as of now..but I have a funny feeling that things could be heading in the wrong direction. I sure hope not.

Wow, that stinks . Sounds like yenz need to petition the game commission. Your PF chapters need to bombard the game commission with emails and attend game commission meetings.

I'm not sure it would do much good. At this point I think it is all about money and the gas money is what put the stocking number back to 200,000 birds. I license cost increase and a potential pheasant stamp could help out.
